Refund and Return

All products purchased through Max Luminaires or one of our authorized dealers are deemed FINAL SALE except for warranty terms and conditions. 

Please notify Max Luminaires immediately to make any changes to your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is not editable.

 If returned product is authorized by Max Luminaires, an RMA number will be issued, and the customer will have to pay shipping charges for any returned product. The RMA number must accompany any returned product. Max Luminaires is often a build-per-order company and is constantly upgrading components and materials. Therefore, we will not issue any credit for product older than 60 days from date of purchase.
